Section 202
Not to be detained for having an order to leave
(1) After receiving an order from the authorized officer according to law to release a person who is in custody according to law, such person shall not be kept in custody without release from custody.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for up to one year and fined up to ten thousand rupees.
